REFUND POLICY 

1. SnackBasket ensures the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us promptly as soon as you receive it and returned immediately to the delivery carrier. 

2. For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which SnackBasket shipped an incorrect item or if the product packaging is found damaged on delivery. 

3. SnackBasket only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an Email/Whatsapp/SMS on hello@snackbasket.in / +91 8595963939. 

4. Any order sent to a customer that is refused or is undeliverable will be charged fully with full shipping costs. Undeliverable packages are treated similar to orders for which an incorrect address has been provided by the customer or orders where the carrier has made 2 (Two) attempts to deliver and no one is available to accept the package. 

5. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and evidence (photograph) of damaged or incorrect goods immediately upon receipt. 

6. There will be no refund of shipping charges except in cases in which SnackBasket shipped the incorrect items or if the product is found damaged on delivery. 

7. Refunds, if applicable, will be notified to you through phone/Email/SMS/Whatsapp within 7 (Seven) working days. Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days from the day of reporting of the incorrect/damaged item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

8.SnackBasket will do everything to prevent damage but cannot be held responsible for products that are damaged during shipping. 
 


 CANCELLATION POLICY 

1. If you have to cancel your order, please do so 12 hours before your scheduled delivery date and time. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Part order cancellation is not possible. In case you want to cancel part of your order, we recommend you to cancel the entire order and place a new one on the website instead. 

2. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of charges if any. 
 
3. SnackBasket reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you. 
 


MODIFICATION 

1. Once you have placed the order and need to modify/amend/ or add more items, you can contact SnackBasket at the contact numbers shared on the website or write to us on hello@snackbasket.in twelve (12) hours prior to your scheduled delivery time. 
 
2. Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, www.snackbasket.in reserves the right at any time after receipt of your modified order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity of your modified ordered.
